More than Miss Teen USA

Q: What is the craziest thing you have ever done?

A: The craziest thing I have ever done was sitting on the top of our boat, tied to the bow in a big yellow poncho, coming home from a Cleveland Browns Football Game in 12-foot swells in the midst of a giant thunderstorm. It was so crazy that no one could see what was ahead of us so I had to be the lookout while praying for my life.

A: My strongest talents include my work ethic, people skills, and my competitive edge.

Q: Name one person, family, friend, celebrity, who has had the most influence on your life.

A: Connie Rummell. Connie is my aunt who has lived with my family and me since I was born. We have a relationship that is impossible to describe with words. She is one who loves to teach and give to others and is one of the most unselfish people I know. She has taught me everything from respect and trust to perfecting my basketball shot, and boy is she good at that! She is a varsity basketball coach who took her team to the elite eight and knows the difference between cocky confidence and just being too cocky which keeps me grounded. We have a special bond that will never be broken and that we'll always know is there.

Q: Describe how you envision yourself in five years?

A: I will be finishing my junior year in college majoring in news broadcast journalism and participating in NCAA athletics.

Q: What else do you want the judges to know about you?

A: I'm proud of who I am and everything I'm made up of. I love waking up every morning knowing the sky's the limit.
